Our Offices
Realogic’s offices are conveniently located in downtown Chicago’s Central Business District, just steps from the L, CTA bus stops and both downtown Metra stations. We’re a stone’s throw from coffee shops, restaurants, bars, drug and convenience stores, as well as the Chicago Riverwalk, Theater District and Millenium Park.
Job Scope
We are seeking a self-motivated, diligent individual with 0-1 years of analytical experience to fill the role of Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be an integral part of Realogic working as a team with a pool of analysts, and assisting in the execution of various financial analysis, valuation, and due-diligence assignments. Assignments may be executed at Realogic’s offices in downtown Chicago or directly at our clients’ offices; a willingness and ability to travel is a must.
Qualifications/Experience Required
- Strong interest in Real Estate
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Real Estate background with Argus Enterprise experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Flexible and enthusiastic work ethic to execute project specific goals and assignments
Compensation and Benefits
Realogic carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum total compensation for the Financial Analyst position, including a quarterly discretionary bonus based upon Realogic’s applicable bonus program, is $60,000 annually and the maximum total compensation for the Financial Analyst position is $85,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K) with company match; health, dental and vision insurance; LTD and life insurance; a generous and flexible PTO policy.
