Realogic Analytics training facility is located within Realogic’s downtown Chicago headquarters.
The classroom can accommodate up to 12 students.
Realogic provides access to a workstation for each attendee while the instructor demonstrates concepts on a projection screen at the front of the room.

Realogic Training in ARGUS: Beginner Level presents ARGUS in a thorough, understandable format based on Realogic’s extensive usage and experience.
Fundamental concepts are introduced and sample properties are modeled, providing a hands-on learning environment.
The goal of the Realogic Training in ARGUS: Beginner Level course is to enable users to model basic commercial real estate assets.

What to Expect
• Classes are held at our downtown Chicago office
• Class hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM and include breakfast
• Payment is required on or before the training date (check or credit card)
Attendees take home the ARGUS File containing the model(s) they built during training.
Also included is a one-page Quick Reference Sheet, focusing on tips and tricks for quickly understanding the fundamentals of the ARGUS Valuation – DCF program. Aditionally, attendees take home a bound copy of the Slideshow Presentation to easily recall the contents of the class.
