Realogic Training Facility , 230 W Monroe St, Chicago 60606 (US).

Realogic Analytics training facility is located within Realogic’s downtown Chicago headquarters.

The classroom can accommodate up to 12 students.

Realogic provides access to a workstation for each attendee while the instructor demonstrates concepts on a projection screen at the front of the room.

Realogic Training in ARGUS: Advanced Level presents advanced topics in a thorough, understandable format based
on Realogic’s extensive usage and experience.

Expert concepts and best practices are introduced, fundamental topics are reinforced and sample properties are modeled, providing a hands-on learning environment.

The goal of the Realogic Training in ARGUS: Advanced Level course is to enable users to model more difficult office and retail real estate concepts in the software.

Realogic Training in ARGUS: Advanced Level is geared towards individuals who have recently completed the Realogic Beginner class or have an intermediate understanding of the program.

Realogic Training in ARGUS: Advanced Level provides specialized industry knowledge to job seekers looking for a competitive advantage, facilitates the rapid education of new hires and provides insight for those who will be responsible for modeling real estate assets in the regular work duties.

What to Expect

• Classes held at our downtown Chicago office
• Class hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM and include breakfast
• Payment is required on or before the training date (check or credit card)

Attendees take home the ARGUS File containing the model(s) they built during training.

Also included is a one-page Quick Reference Sheet, focusing on tips and tricks for quickly understanding the fundamentals of the ARGUS Valuation – DCF program. Aditionally, attendees take home a bound copy of the Slideshow Presentation to easily recall the contents of the class.
