Realogic Analytics Acquires Accrue Technologies
By: Dale Vanderlaan, President, Realogic Analytics, Inc
As Realogic Analytics, Inc. ("RLA") grows and continues to expand its service offerings, I am pleased to announce that RLA has acquired Accrue Technologies ("Accrue"), a real estate technology solution provider specializing in system analysis and integration, data migration, reporting, and custom software solutions.
RLA and Accrue have worked together many times in the past, combining our consulting and technological experience on various assignments. By working together, we quickly realized how our expertise and capabilities meshed, increasing the efficiencies, quality and timing of the client assignments with which we were involved. Some of our consulting services are similar; however, the addition of Accrue's technology background and services is a huge strategic advantage to existing and prospective clients, allowing increased productivity and profitability.
One of the primary reasons RLA acquired Accrue was its experience and expertise with MRI data migration and integration. Sean Fitzpatrick, one of the founders of Accrue, has a tremendous systems and technology background. Our companies have worked with many of the same clients in different operational areas. Now we can present a unified solution, from initial lease abstracting and accounting system data integration to financial analysis, valuation and web based budgeting/forecasting/projections, as well as automated solutions to reporting needs.
I get enthusiastic when I think about how our new acquisition and service offerings can help manage and integrate lease data throughout many applications. RLA has the people, process & technology to link multiple systems together and share information. Here is an example:
The benefits of integrating these applications and processes together include:
Sean and everyone at RLA are very excited about the additional resources that we now bring to the table. As always, RLA is committed to providing the commercial real estate industry with consulting and technology services that increase efficiencies, maximize productivity and enhance decision making.
Please feel free to contact either Sean Fitzpatrick or me to see how we can work together.
