    A major REIT, with holdings of approximately 65 office properties in 10 major metropolitan areas, needed a web based reporting tool that allowed executive level access and manipulation of critical reports from their discounted cash flow program (DCF) .

    The client did not want their top executives to deal with cumbersome DCF program interfaces and reporting requirements. RLA created an intuitive interface that allowed users to create their own views of the data. Portfolios could be created and modified on the fly! Users could mix and match buildings across user defined criteria, date and time.

Debra Brdar
Deb joined Realogic as a Senior Consultant. Prior to joining Realogic, Deb worked as a Real Estate Paralegal for the past 6 years at Winston & Strawn and Levenfeld Pearlstein. Deb graduated from the University of Illinois - Chicago with a degree in Criminal Justice and received her Paralegal Certificate from Robert Morris College.

Sharon Forbes
Sharon joined Realogic as a Senior Consultant. Previously, Sharon was a Senior Lease Analyst in the Real Estate Group at Deloitte & Touche. Prior to that, she was a Real Estate Analyst with Equis Corporation. Sharon is a law school graduate and a member of the Illinois Bar.

Rob Green
Rob Green joined Realogic as a Java Developer for Ellipsis Software. Rob most recently worked on an enterprise mobile groupware application called NotWired for the local software development company, ObjectSoft. Rob has been in IT professionally for over 5 years, working for such companies as the once promising Chicago tech corporation Curious Networks as well as Java technology leaders Cyrus Intersoft of Minneapolis, MN before finally moving to Chicago in January of 2001.
