Budgets, Reforecasts, Projections in ONE STEP

Realogic has developed a web based application that integrates accounting and projection data to prepare Budgets, Reforecasts and Projections in ONE STEP, eliminating the time consuming process of reentering data for budgeting process, again for reforecast process and yet again for multi year projections.

Some of the features include:
  • Three in One Functionality: Completion of the Budget or Reforecasts also completes a multi year projection with no additional input in industry standard cash flow/asset management packages (DYNA™). No discounted cash flow knowledge required.
  • Accounting System Integration: Eliminates rekeying of tenant and account level data.
  • Web Based: Centrally deployed, globally available.
  • User Interface: Simplicity of interface reduces errors and training costs.
  • Security: Users can have read and/or write access limited by screen.
  • Error Trapping: Eliminate errors with the simple interface and input screens "secured" for reasonable data.
  • Standardized: All members of the organization working on the same "locked down" formats. Consistency in methodology and outputs across portfolio.

The Realogic Team

New Personnel

Mr. Chris Mazur recently joined Realogic as Manager. Chris graduated from Ball State University in August of 1990, receiving a B.S. in Accounting. His work experience includes 4 years as the Property Accounting Manager at Amerihost Properties (now Arlington Properties), 5 years as a Partnership Accountant at AMLI Residential Properites and 3 years as an Assistant Controller at CB Richard Ellis. He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society.

Mr. Tom Mysliwiec recently joined Realogic as Manager of Application Development. Tom has over sixteen years IT experience in software development and management, most recently as a Software Project Manager for Johnson Controls and Tellabs. Tom received his M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois- Chicago, and his B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois - Urbana.

Jonathan Weerts recently joined Realogic as a Senior Consultant in the Analysis Department. Prior to joining Realogic, Jonathan helped form Compass Properties, LLC, a new real estate investment arm of a private insurance company. Jonathan served as Acquisitions and Development Manager for Compass where his responsibilities included acquisition underwriting, due diligence, financing, transaction management, and development project management. Jonathan received a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics with a Specialization in International Business from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Promotions

Kevin Swinehart has been promoted to Manager. Kevin is a tremendous contributor to our Lease Abstracting department, handling multiple maintenance accounts in addition to constantly working on our due diligence assignments. Everyone at Realogic appreciates Kevin's efforts and contributions. Congratulations Kevin.
