Realogic Tools streamlines quarterly forecasting & investor reporting
Situation:
A real estate acquisition and operating company had been using Argus Valuation DCF™ for its quarterly forecasting and investor reporting. The quarterly reports were difficult to create. Argus Valuation DCF™ held all the data, but not all the calculations. In addition, the standard reports were not presentation ready. The process required days of manual cutting, pasting and reformatting to compile.
Solution:
Upon requirements gathering, Realogic modified its Realogic Tools application to:
- Create presentation quality reports in minutes, saving hundreds of man hours per year
- Audit portions of the Argus files for errors that would require re-creation of the reports, and highlight potential errors in underlying files
- Generate hard to get information from Argus including the top ten tenants, gross rent at expiration vs. market, in-place calculations & health ratios
- Complete Excel workbooks with formulas to demystify calculations.
